As an experienced leader in the industry, Dennis Fitzpatrick is known for his ability to spearhead projects from the entitlement process through project completion. He started at a young age learning the construction industry from his father, Joseph Fitzpatrick. Joining the UC Construction Team as a full-time employee in 1989, he began working on varied high-density residential projects within San Francisco and throughout the Bay Area. His strong skills in finance, management, and marketing strengthened the company, and in 1993, he took over the day-to-day operations of UC Construction, UC Framing Corp, and Fitzpatrick Homes.
Over the years, Dennis has expanded the company’s presence throughout Northern California and San Diego County. His impressive scope of projects and proven management style is evident by the numerous successful developments and long-term client relationships.
