Terry Laurence joined the UC Construction team in 2005, and his background in commercial and residential building has since been a strong asset to the company. His decades of commercial management experience include GPS Pool Supply, Good Guys and Modesto’s NorthPointe shopping center, which comprises Costco, Aaron Brothers, Cost Plus World Market, Pier One Imports, Baja Fresh, Starbucks Coffee, Supercuts and Cold Stone Creamery.
Terry’s esteem within the industry stems from his ability to anticipate problems in the planning stages of a project and minimize costly scheduling delays and budget increases.
