Rick Rich joined UC Construction in 2017, bringing 15 years of experience in residential construction to the team. Rick has overseen complex projects for national homebuilders, including development of infrastructure and single-family and multifamily residences as well as investor renovations.

Rick has expertise in project management, budget development, acquisition feasibility projection, entitlement processing, bidding and purchasing. His specialties range from value engineering and scope development to green building practices, SWPPP management and code and safety compliance.
