Cole Valley
San Francisco, CA
1975

President

Dennis's passion for development and construction began early on as he worked on UC Construction job sites throughout his youth. After graduating from San Francisco State University, Dennis officially joined UC Construction's building team and worked on commercial and residential projects throughout the Bay Area. Dennis' zeal for land acquisition, project design, finance and marketing strengthened the company. In 1993, he took over the day-to-day operations of UC Construction. That same year, UC Construction entered the new home building market of the Central Valley under the marketing name of "Fitzpatrick Homes."

Dennis' charismatic and gregarious nature combined with a keen business sense has served UC Construction well. Since entering the Central Valley, Dennis has spearheaded the design and construction of nearly 800 homes, as well high density and commercial building. In addition, Dennis has collaborated with local builders and worked with various city planning departments to design and create multiple master plan communities such as “Crossroads” in Riverbank and the “Northeast Turlock Specific Plan.” Involved in all aspects of planning, building and marketing successful projects, he leads UC Construction through long term planning and foresight, as well as establishing a standard for excellence in all aspects of the business.

Vice President

After earning a B.S. in Civil Engineering at the University of the Pacific in 1985, Shawn Fitzpatrick began his career managing residential and commercial building projects. Shawn joined UC Construction in 1999 and currently directs the land development of our company's projects.
